About Me
Born and raised in Lebanon, I have always been a rebellious woman. Growing up in a conservative society, I was taught to follow the rules and conform to societal norms. However, I refused to let society define who I am and what I can do, simply because I didn't believe in human limitation of any kind, especially for women. I challenged my community by winning a divorce case, getting my 2 daughters' custody, and becoming a single mom, which was kind of unacceptable in my community.
This journey was not easy, but I knew that I had to take a stand for my own well-being and for my children. This experience and many personal experiences led me to a turning point in my life, where I decided to change my reality.
I made it my mission to empower women and support them, especially in the Arab communities so their voices could be heard. I wanted to encourage them to be confident and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
Being a life coach and motivational speaker, I have worked with numerous individuals who have felt lost and powerless but I believe that each one of us is able to achieve anything as long as we set our minds to with the right guidance and help.

When it comes to life coaching, I don't take a traditional approach; instead, I delve deep with questions and analysis to understand your limitations, what's really holding you back from becoming the best version of yourself, and what your triggers and areas for development are. I truly believe that doing things the same way will not help you achieve different results; thus, my strategy is solution-oriented, with the goal of changing your mindset, and thus your life. This efficiency is the result of extensive training and years of experience in this field, which has earned me the trust of many.
