As a life coach, I specialize in empowering individuals who have experienced trauma, specifically sexual and physical abuse. I have a deep understanding of the complex emotional and psychological effects of trauma and work with my clients to overcome the limiting beliefs, self-doubt, and negative patterns of behavior that can result from these experiences.

In addition to trauma, I also specialize in working with single moms and dads, teenagers, and those going through a divorce. As a single mom myself, I understand the unique challenges that can come with balancing the demands of parenting with personal growth and development. I work with my clients to identify strategies for managing stress, setting healthy boundaries, and building self-confidence.

For teenagers, I offer support and guidance through the often-challenging transition into young adulthood. I help teenagers develop their self-esteem, communication skills, and personal responsibility, while also providing a safe and supportive space for them to explore their goals and aspirations.

Finally, I also offer business coaching for entrepreneurs and small business owners. As a successful entrepreneur myself, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with starting and running a business. I help my clients develop a clear vision and strategy for their business, identify and overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals.
