Life coaching process

As a life coach, I use a methodology that involves a combination of online sessions, one-on-one coaching, and group sessions. Here's an overview of the process.

Initial consultation:

⮚     The first step in the process is an initial consultation where we will discuss your goals, aspirations, and any challenges or obstacles you may be facing. This consultation is typically done through an online session.

Homework and accountability:

⮚     Between coaching sessions, I may provide homework or assignments to help you stay on track toward achieving your goals. Additionally, I will hold you accountable for your commitments and provide support and guidance as needed.

Ongoing support:

⮚     Even after you have achieved your goals, I offer ongoing support to help you maintain your progress and continue growing and developing in other areas of your life.

One-on-one coaching sessions:

⮚     Following the initial consultation, we will schedule regular one-on-one coaching sessions, which can also be conducted online. During these sessions, we will explore your goals, work on developing a plan of action, and address any challenges or obstacles you may encounter along the way.

Group coaching sessions:

⮚     In addition to one-on-one coaching, I also offer group coaching sessions where you can connect with others who are also working towards similar goals. These sessions are typically conducted online and provide a supportive and collaborative environment for individuals to share their experiences and insights.

Other clients may wish to work with a coach on a range of issues and this can take anywhere from six, to eighteen months, depending on the outcome you are seeking.
